If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. 

Silver Lion Farms takes customer satisfaction very seriously. Please check your shipment immediately upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours of delivery of your item(s). To make a claim, please email, you will need to provide detailed information, including your order number in the subject line, plus images for any product damaged during shipping within that period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from For products purchased from other retailers or websites, please contact the vendor directly. 



Refunds & Exchanges 

If you are, however, not satisfied with our products, you may request a refund of the purchase price within 5 days of delivery or an exchange for an equal or lesser valued item. If your purchase was for a single product, the product must be at least 80% full for a valid refund or exchange. If your purchase was for a bundle of 2 or more items, ONLY 1 item can be opened and at least 80% full, with the remaining packages unopened, for a valid refund or exchange of the products in original order. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 


If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive a credit based on your card issuer’s refund policies. We have no control over how long a refund will be credited to your original payment form. If you have any questions, please contact the issuer of  


If you purchased a Silver Lion Farms retail product from another retailer, we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange. Please contact the retailer directly for return or exchange information. We are not responsible for any individual retail policies and cannot be held liable for any issues with an independent retailer.  


Shipping Costs 

We are not responsible for any shipping costs on orders or returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
