Shipment Processing Time 

All orders are expected to be processed within 1-3 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and please understand that delays can occasionally occur. 


Silver Lion Farms products ship to addresses within the U.S. (United States) and U.S. Territories addresses. We do not ship products outside of the U.S.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours after your items have shipped. 


Lost & Damaged Shipments 

Silver Lion Farms is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. 

Please confirm the shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order. Wrong or partial addresses could result in delays or lost shipments. 

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 


Shipping Costs 

We are not responsible for any shipping costs on orders or returns. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
